Prior to starting this service in 1993, Casey O’Rourke spent 10 years consulting with Hospitals and Clinical Practices for Dictaphone Corporation. Mr. O’Rourke has expertise in productivity models including Time and Motion studies.

We are a U.S. based service, 100% owned and operated within the Continental United States. We do not send our transcription work offshore.
Our rates are very competitive and get better when monthly volume considerations are integrated.
